Difference in robot arms and sliding table for Twin head paper cone making line for textile?

As we know, through 3 years Research and development, our engineer finally developed the most advanced twin head paper cone making line, capacity 90-100pcs/min,and paper wastage rate is only 8%. this is greatest movement in the technology history of textile paper cone making machine and for this technology, we already applied about 8pcs of patents, so far we already got 32 patents for textile paper cone making machine technology.

Our twin head paper cone making machine, right side is robot arms, while left side can be robot arms or sliding table.

 Some customer will ask: Why right side can not use sliding table too? Let me Explain you in the following:  

If a sliding table is used on the right side, first, the speed cannot be increased, and the second angle is dead, and the size of the large waste paper cannot be adjusted. Every subtle change such as paper change, glue change, etc. will cause the change of the paper cone, but sliding table can not adjusted and change the above factors. But With robot arms, the x, Y, z, and Rz axes can be adjusted without restriction.

While our robot arms life is durable(can use about 3 years) , The robot arms is passive and the number of actions is unlimited.

Some competitors said robot arms is easily broken , That is because they did not master the core of the robot arms. They used relays to control the movements of the robot. This is very primitive.

In the after-sales service, we set the factory confirmation point, which means that as long as I confirm on the screen, the computer will recognize any state of the robot arms, but our competitors can’t do it at all. As long as the robot arms is changed slightly, it will not match and alarm.  While on our machine, We can separate the main body and the drive, disassemble and repair by ourselves, and then confirm the status and run

Finally, eve if the robot arms is damaged, to replace a harmonic reducer is ok, very easy, also cost-saving

The double-head paper cone making machine has a sliding table on one side and a robot arms on the other side. The manipulator is produced by itself. The four-axis is equipped with high-speed high-end Delta M3 motors and high-end harmonic reducers imported from Japan. The core is self-mastered and easy to maintain. External edging servo motor, brand sliding table Taiwan TBI lead screw, upper silver slide rail. Paper roll hanging system is equipped with automatic deviation correction magnetic powder brake constant tension complete transmission unit, 2 sets of finishing machines, servo high-speed sand scratching, the output surface is uniform and delicate. Ceramic laser screen printing, paper cone printing looks full and clear. For the electrical part, Delta PLC, the entire production line has 7 Delta servo motors, and the coiling tube is a three-phase 380v servo motor, which is more stable and has a longer service life. The pneumatic equipment all adopted AirTAC brand, and the key parts are all individually customized products of AirTAC, which is very unique.
