- Why our Burning stove for the paper cone drying machine use longer than others?
The burning source for the paper cone drying machine can be coal, electricity, wood, gas, or diesel. For gas or diesel, both need gas or diesel burner, while for coal or wood, need to use burning stove which need to install inside the paper cone drying machine
As we all know, the life time of the burning stove in our paper cone drying machine can use about 3 years, which apparently longer than that of burning stove produced by other suppliers.
Let me explain the reason why our driving stove can use longer than others?
- The inner tank is made of high temperature resistant 310s stainless steel, and a layer of 304 stainless steel is added to the key parts, all of which are 4mm thick. If need, we can add another layer in the key parts to guarantee the longer lifetime.
- The distance between the steel cover and the inner tank is 15 cm. There is a fan on the cover to cool the furnace. The thickness of this steel cover is 1.2mm.
