How to calculate how many pieces of paper cone made from 1Ton of paper?
Recently many customers whatever old or new customers they do not know how to calculate the paper cone quantity made from 1Ton of paper in our paper cone making line.
Today i will explain how to calculate the quantity, then you will know how to calculate. This statics will be helpful for them to do profit analysis for the whole project of textile paper cone making machine.
Before that, we should know three factors for this paper cone making line: raw paper weight, raw paper width and feeding length:
For example:
Raw Paper weight is 350g
Raw Paper width is 640mm
Paper Feeding length: 226mm
Then the formula will be paper cone quantity=1000/(raw paper weight*raw paper width*raw feeding length)
That means to say:
1000/0.35(kg)*0.64(m)*0.226(m)=19762pcs
Means 1Ton paper can make 19762pcs paper cone with 42g in our textile paper cone making machine
As for the paper waste for our machine, also can calculate like this:
- Paper quantity*paper weight/1000= paper wastage rate
So paper wastage ratio will be (1000-19762*0.042kg)/1000=17%
